Patient management, appointment scheduling, clinical documentation (session and SOAP notes, encounters, VB-MAPP assessments), billing and claims, payroll, staff credentials, and dozens of clinical, financial and operational reports — plus an admin portal for provisioning, licensing and cross-organisation reporting.
Architecture
Every organisation gets its own SQL Server database, mapped from a master database, with all queries using three-part naming. Patient names, dates of birth, SSNs and addresses are encrypted at rest. The codebase is migrating from legacy V1 controllers to a V2 CQRS architecture on MediatR, with handlers, validators and pipeline behaviours.
