She deeply believes that each person has their individual unique talents and ideas, that can be shared with the rest of the company. She loves motivating people to enable transformation and growth through innovation, enthusiasm, and commitment.
Alda received her master’s degree in Business Administration in Italy.
In her spare time, she enjoys family time and always finds time to have fun by participating on outdoor physical sports like jogging, volleyball, swimming, skiing, etc.
